Her highly acclaimed leadership know-how and business savvy were earned the hard way, with grit and determination, on the climb to the top.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Art History and French, she was unprepared and struggled in the cut-throat corporate world, experiencing the sting of rejection, more than once. Undeterred from adversity, she became a lifelong student, immersing herself in the ever-changing business world and learning how to best to navigate it. Along the way, she formed relationships with top executives who served as mentors, helping her hone her poise, confidence, and bravado to become a powerful leader. Her natural influence and persuasion skills enabled her to chart an unusual early career path in areas where she lacked expertise, first as a radio announcer and then as an aircraft mechanic instructor with a commercial airline before she settled into the corporate world.
The early obstacles in her career drove her to adopt a catchphrase that rapidly became the mantra for her life, “fake it until you make it.”
Twenty-one years later after a successful career in executive management, consulting, and corporate sales with SAP, Oracle, Deloitte, and Accenture, she followed her passion and launched a career as an executive coach and consultant. Fueled by a desire to help individuals and organizations achieve their highest potential, she combines real-world knowledge and practical methods to achieve unparalleled results.
She believes, without a doubt, that if she can make it to the top of her game than so can you and your organization.
Her no-nonsense style, sprinkled with honesty, compassion, and humor, along with her practical rather than theoretical techniques, make her a highly sought-after executive coach and consultant in an over-crowded market.
